Instructions For Purchasing Dragon Ball Codes Via Western Union With Cash with International Quick Pay form.

1. Go to www.payment-solutions.com/agent.asp and find a local western union location to send money.

2. Fill out the blue Quick Pay form including the Company Code.

3. Give your completed Quick Collect form to the clerk, along with your payment. You can use either cash or your debit card to make the payment.
